Baghdad, Director General of Iraqi Airways, Manaf Abdel Moneim, discussed with the interim Chargé d'Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Robin Soghoyan, today, Wednesday, ways of cooperation and coordination between the two countries in the field of air transport. A statement by the Iraqi Airways media stated that Abdel Moneim met, today, Wednesday, at the company's headquarters, with the interim Chargé d'Affairs of the Republic of Armenia to discuss ways of joint cooperation and coordination between Iraq and Armenia in the field of air transport. Abdel Moneim said, according to the statement: 'This type of meeting comes in line with the directives of the Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhaibas Al-Saadawi, aimed at opening new destinations for the national carrier to facilitate and stimulate the economic, tourism and cultural movement between Iraq and various countries of the world.' For his part, the Armenian Chargé d'Affairs praised the importance of the files discussed, which aim to build bridges of joint action that will reflect positively on the two countries.
