Iraqi Prime Minister and Egyptian President Discuss Regional Stability Amid Ongoing Conflict

Doha: Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani discussed the latest regional developments and the repercussions of the ongoing war on regional stability in a phone call today with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. During the call, both leaders emphasized the importance of coordinating Arab positions and achieving solidarity to contribute to resolving crises through dialogue, thereby preserving regional security and protecting the interests and resources of its people.

According to Qatar News Agency, al-Sudani and El-Sisi stressed the need to strengthen joint action to confront current challenges. They urged the international community to assume its responsibilities in taking action to halt military operations and prevent the expansion of the conflict and its dangerous repercussions on regional and international peace and security.
