A force from the 30th Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces arrested an ISIS member at one of the entrances to the Nineveh Plain.

A statement by the Popular Mobilization Commission stated: "The terrorist was working in the so-called Diwan al-Jund, and the force handed him over to the competent authorities."
