Kuwait: Kuwait Bourse closed Sunday trading as the All Share Index lost 26.20 points to reach 7,131.52 points, a decrease of 0.37 percent. According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session witnessed 388.5 million shares exchanged, valued at KWD 74.3 million (roughly USD 226.6 million), across 17,183 transactions. The Main Market Index saw a decline of 46.54 points, settling at 6,477.21 points, marking a decrease of 0.71 percent. This was achieved through the trading of 234.18 million shares in 9,658 transactions, amounting to KWD 30.9 million (roughly USD 94.2 million). The Premier Market Index also experienced a downturn, losing 22.07 points to close at 7,649.29 points, a decrease of 0.29 percent. This involved the trading of 154.3 million shares via 7,525 transactions, with a value of KWD 43.3 million (roughly USD 132 million). Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index dropped by 48.31 points, reaching 6,371.68 points, a decrease of 0.75 percent. This was achieved through a stock volume of 122 million share s, executed in 5,380 deals, valued at KWD 16.6 million (roughly USD 50.6 million).
