Kuwait City: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Monday as the All Share Index gained 38.34 points to reach 7,267.44 points, an increase of 0.53 percent. As many as 581.1 million shares valued at KWD 114 million (roughly USD 347.7 million) were traded via 26,908 transactions. According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went up by 0.64 points to reach 6,439.85 points, an increase of 0.01 percent, through 408.3 million shares done via 17,887 transactions valued at KWD 58.3 million (roughly USD 177.8 million). The Premier Market Index saw an increase of 50.20 points to reach 7,784.77, through 172.8 million shares done via 9,021 transactions valued at KWD 55.6 million (roughly USD 169.5 million). Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index gained 9.18 points to reach 6,573.29 points, an increase of 0.14 percent, through stock volume of 263.9 million shares done in 11,329 deals at a value of KWD 39.6 million (roughly USD 120.7 million).
