Doha: The Department of Meteorology has issued a warning for strong winds across the country, both inshore and offshore, along with high seas offshore.
According to Qatar News Agency, the department's daily weather report forecasts relatively hot to hot conditions inshore until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, with some clouds expected at times. Offshore conditions are also predicted to experience occasional cloud cover.
Inshore, winds are expected to be northwesterly at 10-20 KT, with gusts reaching up to 32 KT in certain areas during the daytime. Offshore, winds will be northwesterly at 14-24 KT, with gusts up to 33 KT at times.
Sea conditions are projected to be between 3 and 5 feet inshore, while offshore seas will range from 4 to 8 feet, potentially rising to 11 feet. Visibility inshore is anticipated to range between 5 and 10 km, whereas offshore visibility is expected to be between 5 and 9 km.
