Doha: The Ministry of Labor has announced that private sector employees in establishments subject to the Labor Law will be entitled to a three-day holiday with full pay for Eid Al-Fitr.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry further clarified that in cases where work requirements demand an employee's presence during the Eid holiday, the provisions concerning overtime hours and related allowances, as specified in Article (74) of the Labor Law, will be applicable.
