Mr. Hamad Khalifa Al Khalifa, Assistant Undersecretary for Common Services at the Ministry of Municipality, met with a delegation of senior Oracle officials headed by Mr.Cherian Varghese, Senior Vice President for Technology in the Middle East and Africa, in the presence of Mrs. Hamda Abdulaziz Al Maadeed, Director of the Information Systems Department at the Ministry.

During the meeting, the progress of the digital transformation project for the Ministry’s services, implemented by Oracle, was discussed. Al Khalifa stressed the importance of this strategic project, which seeks to provide proactive smart self-services to all sectors of beneficiaries, within the framework of the Ministry's endeavor to achieve excellence and leadership of its services through digital transformation, which can be done by using the latest development, artificial intelligence, and digital assistant technologies, in order to achieve Qatar National Vision 2030.
