The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) has issued circular No.3 of 2021 on banning street vendors from following the public to display goods.

The circular stipulates that "a street vendor shall be banned from following the public to display his/her goods or commodity or do his/her activity or offer his/her service, according to the stipulation of the Law No.5 of 2015 on Commercial, Industrial and Similar Public Shops, and Street Vendors, and Article No.24 of the same law."
