Doha: The Department of Meteorology has predicted moderate temperatures accompanied by some cloud cover during the day on Saturday, with conditions expected to become relatively cold by night.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Department's daily report indicates that offshore conditions will be partly cloudy at times, with a warning issued for strong winds and high seas. Inshore winds are anticipated to be northwesterly to northerly at 5 to 15 knots, with gusts reaching up to 20 knots during the day. Offshore, the winds will be northwesterly at 12 to 22 knots, with occasional gusts reaching up to 32 knots.
The report further elaborates that sea conditions inshore will range between 2 and 4 feet, occasionally rising to 5 feet. Offshore seas are expected to range from 3 to 7 feet, surging up to 10 feet at times. Visibility, both inshore and offshore, is forecasted to be between 5 and 10 kilometers.
Tide forecasts for various areas include high and low tides at different times. In Doha, high tides are expected at 01:19 and 12:54, with low tides at 09:18 and 19:00. In Dukhan, high tide timings are 04:53 and 18:14, with a low tide at 11:42. Other areas such as Messaid, Wakrah, Al Khor, Ruwais, and Abu Samra also have specified tide timings. Temperatures across these areas are expected to range with minimums from 16 to 20 degrees Celsius and maximums from 23 to 24 degrees Celsius. Sunrise is anticipated at 05:29 LT and sunset at 17:48 LT.
