Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index 30 closed on Wednesday at 7,707.38 points, down by 39 points, or 0.50 percent, compared to the previous close which stood at 7,746.43 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading value reached OMR 59,435,657, which represents a decrease of 26.9 percent compared to the previous session's value of OMR 81,322,459. The market value also declined by 0.411 percent, bringing it to approximately OMR 37.10 billion.
