The Troika comprises the United Arab Emirates, Azerbaijan, and Brazil. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly in New York. The minister commended the Troika's efforts in monitoring progress towards the 1.5°C target and the initiatives taken by member states. He affirmed Bahrain's commitment to backing initiatives that promote climate action, safeguarding the planet, and ensuring a safer future for the next generations.
