Muscat: Omani Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi discussed Monday with Afghan Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi, who is currently visiting the Sultanate of Oman, strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries. During the meeting, the two sides expressed their common desire to develop bilateral cooperation relations in various fields that would benefit both countries.

According to Qatar News Agency, Al Busaidi affirmed the Sultanate of Oman’s support for efforts aimed at facilitating Afghanistan’s integration into the international community in a way that preserves its constructive and prestigious role on the regional and international arenas.
