The Parliamentary Article 140 Committee held a joint meeting headed by Deputy Speaker of Parliament Shakhwan Abdullah, with the Mayor of Sheikhan District and the Director of Civil Status, Passports and Residence, to discuss expanding the work of the committee and the issue of issuing national cards to citizens according to the records in their original areas, the file of compensation for the displaced and the entitled, the issue of agricultural contracts and arrivals, and addressing the problems of farmers in a number of areas and villages affiliated with the governorates of Kirkuk, Diyala and Nineveh.
