Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received a phone call from HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand Sihasak Phuangketkeow. During the conversation, they discussed the developments of the military escalation in the region and its repercussions on regional and international security and stability, along with ways to resolve all disputes peacefully.
According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized the necessity of halting the unjustified Iranian attacks on Qatar and other countries in the region. He warned against the irresponsible targeting of vital infrastructure, particularly water, food, and energy facilities.
His Excellency also highlighted the importance of strengthening coordination, intensifying joint efforts, and returning to the negotiating table. He stressed prioritizing reason and wisdom to contain the crisis, ensuring global energy security, freedom of navigation, environmental safety, and preserving regional stability.
