According to Qatar News Agency, this gesture reflects the solidarity and sympathy extended by the Qatari leadership towards Colombia during this difficult time. The military plane crash has resulted in casualties, and the message from the Prime Minister aims to offer comfort and support to the Colombian leadership and people.
