Qatar Charity Concludes Annual Forum with Focus on Global Field Offices

Doha: Qatar Charity has successfully concluded its 2025 Annual Forum for Field Offices under the theme “Change for Sustainability.” The five-day event saw participation from numerous Qatar Charity officials, directors, and staff from the charity’s field offices worldwide. Currently, Qatar Charity operates 34 field offices and collaborates with over 500 regional partners across 70 countries globally.

According to Qatar News Agency, the annual forum is a critical platform for strengthening communication between Qatar Charity’s field offices. It facilitates the exchange of knowledge and best practices while assessing the overall performance of its global operations. The forum also aims to address challenges faced by field offices, enhance team capabilities, and foster trust and commitment to humanitarian efforts.

The event featured 13 specialized workshops designed for more than 100 participants from Qatar Charity’s field offices. These workshops, led by experts in various sectors, covered topics such as governance, external relations, field office management, partnerships, development and humanitarian operations, monitoring and evaluation, identity and communication, and finance and information technology. The objective was to enhance operational effectiveness at field offices, improve staff skills, and drive greater efficiency in humanitarian work.

The forum comes at a time when Qatar Charity’s field operations have experienced significant geographical expansion over the past five years. Through collaborations with more than 90 field partners across various regions, Qatar Charity has implemented a broad spectrum of humanitarian projects and programs. This growth aligns with Qatar Charity’s vision of ensuring a dignified life for all through sustained efforts. As part of its commitment, Qatar Charity continues to focus on improving the quality of its humanitarian initiatives and expanding its global impact, benefiting the world’s most vulnerable communities.
