Qatar National Bank Announces Updated Deposit Rates

Doha: Qatar National Bank (QNB) has released its latest deposit rates as of Sunday, featuring various adjustments across multiple currencies. The rates provided by QNB show the deposit rates for different tenures, ranging from one month to twelve months, and are applicable to a range of currencies including USD, JPY, CHF, GBP, QAR, SAR, AED, and BHD.

According to Qatar News Agency, the USD deposit rates start at 4.31519% for a one-month tenure and gradually decrease to 4.17911% for a twelve-month tenure. The JPY deposit rates are negative for a one-month tenure at -0.25000%, but they rise to 0.60000% for a twelve-month period. For CHF, the rates vary slightly, starting at 0.23000% for one month and reaching 0.21000% for twelve months. GBP deposit rates are consistent at 4.44000% for both one and three-month tenures, but they increase to 4.50000% for six and twelve months.

The QAR rates commence at 4.85000% for a one-month deposit, gradually decreasing to 4.45000% over twelve months. SAR rates begin at 4.90000% for a one-month tenure and slightly decrease to 5.10000% for a twelve-month period. AED deposit rates start at 2.05000% for one month and increase to 3.15000% for a twelve-month period. Lastly, BHD rates open at 5.37000% for one month and drop to 5.12000% for twelve months.
