This aims at enabling customers to inquire about their shipments instantly using their registered mobile numbers and to access reliable information on provided services quickly and more conveniently

With this service, Qatar Post aspires to provide customers with 24/7 interaction as a fast and convenient communications solution for enquiries. Customers can connect with Qatar Post using the new service to access basic information that they may need, such as branch addresses, price calculator for postal messages and packages and working hours via automated replies.
