QNCECS Holds a Regional Conference on Digital Solutions for Education of People with Disabilities

Qatar National Commission for Education, Culture and Science (QNCECS) is holding a sub-regional virtual conference today on digital solutions to support teaching and learning processes for students with disabilities "experiments and initiatives", in cooperation with the education sector of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE), the UNESCO Office for the Gulf States and Yemen, and the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States.

The conference will be attended by the College of Education at Qatar University, the National Commissions for UNESCO (Kuwait, Oman, Jordan), Qatar Society for Rehabilitation and Special Needs, Mada Center, Sasol, integration schools, specialized schools, schools affiliated with UNESCO, and the Inclusion and Special Needs Support Center at Qatar University. The conference will continue until Tuesday, September 28, 2021.

The conference agenda for the first day includes: a speech by HE Dr. Ibrahim bin Saleh Al Nuaimi, the Undersecretary of MOEHE, a speech by Dr. Hamada Hasan Al Sulaiti, the Secretary General of Qatar National Commission for Education, Culture and Science, and a speech by Dr. Anna Paolini, Director of UNESCO's Doha Office.
