Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange index closed trading on Tuesday down by 141.46 points, or 1.37 percent, reaching 10,150.70 points. During the session, 212,776,019 shares were traded, valued at QAR 748,342,041.675, across 55,923 transactions in all sectors.

According to Qatar News Agency, the shares of 14 companies rose, those of 39 others declined, while one company maintained its previous closing price. Market capitalization at the end of the session stood at QAR 600,176,380,093.424, compared with QAR 611,028,444,806.990 in the previous session.
