River Police rescue a 15-year-old girl from a suicide attempt in the Euphrates River passing through the city of Hilla

The River Police rescued a girl, born in 2008, after she threw herself into the Euphrates River passing through the city of Hilla, in an attempt to commit suicide today, Monday.

Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, media director of Babylon Police, said, "The River police, who are near the Bab Al-Hussein Bridge, were able to save a girl born in 2008 who threw herself into the Euphrates River passing through the city of Hilla in an attempt to commit suicide."
