Doha: Russia's Defense Ministry said on Sunday that its forces had responded to Ukrainian violations of a ceasefire in the area of the special military operation. In a statement, the ministry said Russian operations across multiple fronts had killed 735 Ukrainian soldiers.

According to Qatar News Agency, the ministry also said Russian air defenses intercepted and destroyed 57 Ukrainian drones over the past 24 hours. Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry said it had recorded more than 16,000 alleged ceasefire violations by Ukrainian armed forces since the truce came into effect.
