Saudi Arabia, Pakistan FMs Reiterate Support for Middle East De-Escalation

Doha: Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan has held a telephone call with his Pakistani counterpart Muhammad Ishaq Dar to discuss regional diplomatic efforts.

According to Qatar News Agency, the two ministers focused on ongoing mediation efforts being undertaken by Pakistan between Iran and the United States, in what is seen as part of broader attempts to reduce tensions in the region.

During the call, both sides stressed the importance of diplomatic solutions and expressed support for initiatives aimed at restoring stability in the Middle East.

The discussion comes amid continued regional sensitivity over Iran-US relations, with several countries seeking to encourage dialogue and de-escalation through diplomatic channels.
