Saudi Arabia hosts the World Economic Forum meeting

Baghdad, The Saudi capital, Riyadh, will host the special meeting of the World Economic Forum at the end of this month under the title 'International Cooperation, Growth, and Energy for Development,' and it is considered the first of its kind for the World Economic Forum. The Saudi News Agency (SPA) said: 'The meeting comes as an extension of cooperation between the Kingdom and the World Economic Forum, and hosts more than 1,000 participants including heads of state, senior officials, international experts, opinion leaders and thinkers, from governmental and private sectors, international organizations and academic institutions, to discuss various issues and global economic developments, with the aim of finding common solutions and confronting humanitarian, climate and economic challenges." It pointed out: "The meeting is a unique opportunity for decision-makers from all over the world to find common ground between the various parties to create positive global impacts for all." The meeting will witness man y dialogues and discussion sessions aimed at strengthening international cooperation efforts and stimulating joint efforts to innovate sustainable solutions. The sessions revolve around a number of topics, including: international cooperation, growth, and energy for development, in order to confront various current economic and geopolitical challenges, in addition to strengthening new partnerships.
