Saudi Crown Prince, Spanish PM Discuss Dangerous Developments in Gaza Strip

Jeddah, HH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, received today the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Spain Pedro Sanchez. During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the bilateral fraternal relations and discussed ways to enhance cooperation in various fields. They also discussed the latest developments in regional and international affairs of mutual interest, in addition to tackling the serious developments in the Gaza Strip and its surroundings, along with international efforts to halt Israeli military operations and address their security and humanitarian consequences. In addition, the two sides discussed advancing the peace process in accordance with the resolutions of the UN Security Council (UNSC) and General Assembly (UNGA), as well as the Arab Peace Initiative aimed at achieving a just and comprehensive solution and establishing an independent Palestinian state based on the 1967 borders, with East Al-Quds (Jerusalem) as its capi tal. They emphasized the importance of the international community playing its role in pressuring Israel to stop its war on Gaza, abide by international laws, and allow humanitarian aid to enter Gaza without delay.
