The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) has announced the opening of the Hayya Service Centre, to provide direct support to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ fans, and to provide solutions that allow fans to enjoy a seamless experience during the World Cup competitions, which will run from November 20 to December 18, 2022.

The centre is located at Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiyah Arena Al Sadd District in Doha, and includes a specialized team to assist fans and answer their inquiries about the Hayya card.

SC clarified that a fan will be able to print his/her own Hayya cards when visiting the centre, bearing in mind that printing the card is optional according to the fan’s desire, as all fans can use the digital Hayya card.
