Doha: HE President of the Syrian Arab Republic Ahmed Al Sharaa departed Doha on Wednesday following a working visit to the country. His Excellency and the accompanying delegation were seen off at Doha International Airport by HE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi and Charge d'Affaires at the Syrian embassy in Qatar Dr Bilal Turkia.

According to Qatar News Agency, the visit marks a significant engagement between the Syrian and Qatari governments. The discussions held during the visit have not been disclosed to the public, but the presence of high-ranking officials at the farewell indicates the importance of the bilateral relations between the two nations.
