The President Assures A Jordanian Minister Of The Need To Strengthen Security Coordination Between The Two Countries

The President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, stressed today, during his meeting with the Jordanian Minister of Interior, Mazen Abdullah Hilal Al-Faraya, the necessity of strengthening security coordination between the two countries.

A statement from the President's Office stated: The President of the Republic referred to the depth of the relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples.

The President of the Republic stressed: the importance of strengthening and developing bilateral cooperation between Iraq and Jordan in a manner that serves the common interests between them, stressing: the need to enhance security coordination between the two countries, renewing Iraq's support for the Kingdom.

The President expressed his happiness at the return of Syria to the League of Arab States, pointing to the importance of joint action to achieve stability and peace in the region.

The President talked about the state of security and stability in Iraqi cities and the efforts exerted in this regard, stressing that the new approach in Iraq is based on effective work and continuing to provide services and achieve prosperity for our people.

For his part, the Jordanian Minister of Interior stressed: Jordan's serious desire to strengthen cooperation and continuous communication with Iraq on issues of common interest and in a way that serves the supreme interests of the two brotherly countries and peoples.

Minister Al-Faraya indicated: Work is underway to facilitate the granting of entry visas between the two countries./ End
