Abu dhabi: The UAE Ministry of Defense said its air defense systems intercepted 12 ballistic missiles, three cruise missiles, and four drones launched from Iran, resulting in three moderate injuries.

According to Qatar News Agency, the ministry stated that since the beginning of the Iranian attacks on the UAE, air defenses have intercepted a total of 549 ballistic missiles, 29 cruise missiles, and 2,260 drones.

The ministry added that the UAE Armed Forces remain on full alert and fully prepared to respond to any threats, emphasizing they will confront any attempt to undermine the country's security with force, in a way that ensures the protection of its sovereignty, stability, and national interests.
