UAE Intercepts Missiles and Drones Launched from Iran

Abu dhabi: The UAE Ministry of Defense announced that its air defense systems successfully intercepted six ballistic missiles and nine drones launched from Iran. This interception is part of ongoing efforts to protect the nation's security and stability.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry stated that since the onset of these Iranian attacks, UAE defense forces have dealt with a total of 378 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles, and 1,835 drones. These aggressive actions have resulted in the tragic deaths of two members of the armed forces on duty, as well as a Moroccan civilian contractor and eight other civilians.

The Ministry also reported that 171 individuals sustained injuries, with their conditions varying from minor to severe. Despite these challenges, the UAE remains on high alert, prepared to respond to any threats and committed to taking decisive action against any attempts to compromise its security.
