The security forces in Maysan arrested 5 suspects wanted for various crimes, during a security operation carried out in Al-Majar Al-Kabeer district, south of the governorate.
Maysan Operations Command said in a statement, a copy of which the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) received: “A force from the second regiment of the 97th Infantry Brigade affiliated with the Maysan Operations Command, in partnership with Al-Zahraa Police Station, managed to arrest the suspects, indicating that their crimes varied between terrorism, General harm and incitement to clan conflicts, referring to the handing over of the accused to the competent authorities.
