A journalist and his family killed in an Israeli bombing of the Gaza Strip

A Palestinian journalist and his family were martyred in an Israeli bombing that targeted several areas in the Gaza Strip. The Palestinian News Agency "Wafa" reported: "The Palestinian journalist, Bahaa Okasha, his wife and his son were martyred in an Israeli bombing that targeted their house in the Jabalia camp, north of the Gaza Strip." Several people were also killed and others were injured in an Israeli bombing of the 'Siyam' family home in the Old City in central Gaza City. Agency sources indicated that at least 10 people were killed and others were injured, including children, as a result of an Israeli bombing of a house belonging to 'Al-Khatib' family in the town of Al-Zawaida in the central Gaza Strip. The Agency noted that "an Israeli raid targeted the north of the Nuseirat camp, and another targeted the town of Al-Zawaida in the central Gaza Strip." The center and east of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, were also subjected to intense Israeli artillery shelling, while Israeli warplan es launched a raid on Al-Geneina neighborhood, east of Rafah, according to the agency.
