A Palestinian prisoner died on Tuesday at the prisons of the Israeli occupation as a result of medical negligence.
“Prisoner Khudir Adnan from the town of Arraba, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin in the West Bank died after a long hunger strike that lasted for 87 days in protest against his detention and due to the medical negligence policy adopted by the occupation authorities,” Wafa news agency quoted the Palestinian Prisoner Club as saying.
Earlier, Prisoner Adnan announced an open hunger strike since he was detained on February 5th after the occupation forces stormed his house in Arraba town, southern Jenin.
On Monday, a Palestinian was martyred and others were injured as the occupation forces stormed different areas in the West Bank.
