The Arab Alliance stressed the importance of forming a local government on the principle of national partnership between all components. This came during a meeting held under the chairmanship of Sheikh Wasfi Al-Asi in the presence of MP, Sahera Al-Gharb, Kirkuk Provincial Council member Sheikh Zahir Anwar Al-Asi, and members of the Arab Alliance. The meeting reviewed the challenges facing the people of Kirkuk and the Arab component in particular. Among them are the challenges of the next stage. The head of the Arab Alliance, Sheikh Wasfi Al-Asi, expressed his interest in the issue of obtaining the entitlement of the Arab component, and focused on the importance of forming a local government on the principle of national partnership between all components. Al-Asi said that the demands of the people of Kirkuk are just demands and must be worked on to achieve them, and that the Arab Alliance will be a support and a backer for all the people of the province.
