The Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, offered his condolences and sympathy to the Minister of Oil, Hayan Abdul-Ghani, and his honorable family, in their affliction, as his father died, and then the death of his daughter and sister in a terrible traffic accident on the Diwaniyah road.
