Algeria, Somalia Hold Talks on Strengthening Bilateral Cooperation

Algiers: Algeria's interior minister, Said Sayoud, held talks with his Somali counterpart, Ali Yusuf Ali Hosh, who is visiting Algeria, on strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation in the areas of security and counterterrorism. During the meeting, the two ministers expressed their commitment to enhancing cooperation and exchanging expertise to support peace and stability.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions focused on the need to improve collaboration between the two countries in tackling common security challenges. Both ministers agreed on the importance of sharing knowledge and best practices to counter threats effectively.
