Tripoli: HE Chairman of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya Dr. Mohamed Al Menfi met with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the State of Libya Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Zaben Al Dosari. The discussions centered on the cooperation relations between Libya and Qatar.
