Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) stated yesterday in a tweet on its official Twitter account that the volume of data usage reached more than 3,000 terabyte on November 22, 2022, during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™.

CRA also pointed out that voice calls' volume reached 45 million minutes with a 99.7% success rate.

Concerning mobile internet indicators, the average download speed of 4G networks reached 19 Mbps per second, while the average download speed of 5G networks reached 234 Mbps per second. The average upload speed of 4G networks reached 3 Mbps per second, while the average upload speed of 5G networks reached 14 Mbps per second.
