Death Toll from Israeli Aggression on Lebanon Rises to 2,969, with 9,112 Wounded

Beirut: The death toll from the Israeli aggression on Lebanon has risen to 2,969, with 9,112 others wounded.

According to Qatar News Agency, Lebanon's Health Ministry Emergency Operations Center stated that the cumulative toll covered the period from March 2 through today. The violence has persisted despite a cease-fire agreement.

Israeli forces continue to carry out attacks in southern Lebanon, in violation of the cease-fire that began on April 16 for an initial period of 10 days before being extended for an additional three weeks starting on April 23. The continuation of hostilities has led to increased casualties and further strained the region's stability.
