Former US President Donald Trump has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts brought against him by the prosecution before the criminal court in New York on Tuesday for trial on charges related to a moral case.

Trump, who was released pending the case and left the courtroom, faces many charges, including paying bribes before the 2016 presidential election, conspiracy and falsifying commercial records, but he denies the charges.

"Heading to Lower Manhattan, the Courthouse. Seems so surreal, they are going to arrest me. Can't believe this is happening in America," Trump posted on social media. (QNA)
