GCC Sec Gen meets Commonwealth Sec Gen

Cambridge, Jasem Mohamed Al Budaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), met with Baroness Patricia Scotland, Secretary General of the Commonwealth of Nations, on the sidelines of the secretary general's participation in the 14th Gulf Research Forum.
