HE Mr. Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Acting Minister of Finance, has delivered the first tracking number to QLife Pharma. The handing over of the tracking number occurred in the presence of Qatar Development Bank (QDB) CEO, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Nasser Al Khalifa, and HE Mr. Mohamed Hassan Al Malki, Assistant Undersecretary for Industry Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

This step comes on the occasion of QDB's inauguration of the Qatari Product Coding and Tracking Office, in a step that is the first of its kind in the State of Qatar, and in appreciation of the efforts made by the pharmaceutical industries sector in the State during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

HE the Minister said on this occasion: "The launch of the Qatari Product Coding and Tracking Office comes within the framework of the State's strategy and efforts to improve the quality of national products and enhance their competitiveness in all local, regional and global markets. Furthermore, it is an affirmation of the remarkable development the State of Qatar has achieved in the industrial sector."
