Head of the Sadiqoun parliamentary bloc, Adnan Faihan, discussed today, with a Kurdish delegation headed by Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Shakhwan Abdullah, a number of outstanding files between the center and the region, stressing the necessity of resolving these files by resorting to the constitution and the law.

The Sadiqoun bloc said in a statement: “The head of the bloc met at its headquarters today with a Kurdish delegation headed by Shakhwan Abdullah, in the presence of a number of Kurdish MPs and politicians, to discuss several issues related to the salaries of the region’s employees and the financial dues owed by the Erbil government to the central government.”

It explained that the meeting discussed the issue of Halabja Governorate, and the necessity of adhering to the agreements concluded with the federal government, in order to reach solutions to all outstanding problems, especially related to the implementation of the budget law.
