Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a written message from HE President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani, concerning the bilateral relations between Qatar and Mauritania, as well as strategies to support and enhance these connections.

According to Qatar News Agency, the message was delivered to HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani. The delivery occurred during a meeting with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Dr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, who is currently visiting Qatar.
