His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with the Minister of Investment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, HE Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, at Riffa Palace.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the depth of historic relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, which continue to be reinforced by the support of both His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
His Royal Highness noted the importance of further strengthening bilateral investment partnerships across sectors to meet joint development goals.
His Royal Highness commended the far-reaching visions and goals that have been set by the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council, including the opportunities it has created that has benefited both countries and their peoples. His Royal Highness noted the efforts of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in this regard.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad noted that the Kingdom of Bahrain offers wide-ranging facilities that continue to attract investment, particularly within the Kingdom's priority sectors, which support the economy.
For his part, HE Eng. Al-Falih expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet with His Royal Highness, noting HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister's commitment to reinforcing Bahrain-Saudi cooperation. HE Eng. Al-Falih concluded by wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and the Minister of Transportation and Telecommunication, HE Mohammed bin Thamer Al Kaabi, also attended the meeting.
