Baghdad, An informed political source revealed, today, Saturday, an important axis related to the Kurdistan elections that will be discussed during the state administration meeting in Baghdad in the presence of Nechirvan Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Region. The political source said, "The President of the Kurdistan Region will ask the state administration coalition to postpone the Kurdistan Parliament elections for 4 months." He added, "Barzani will ask the leaders of the framework to approach the leader of the PUK, Bafel Talabani, and the rest of the leaders of the Kurdish parties for the purpose of requesting the postponement of the elections and holding them in October of this year, and he will guarantee the participation of the Kurdistan Democratic Party under the current conditions without modification." Today, Saturday, the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, arrived in the capital, Baghdad, on a visit during which he will meet with the President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Rashid, and the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, and will participate in the meeting of the State Administration Coalition and the coordination framework, to solve the problems of Erbil and Baghdad, and discuss the political situation and other issues, according to a statement by the Kurdistan government.
