Kuwait, An Amiri decree was issued appointing Shaikh Ahmad Abdullah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, Prime Minister-designate tasked with forming the new government, as Deputy to His Highness Shaikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Amir of Kuwait, during his absence from the country.
