Kuwait City: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Sunday as the All Share Index gained 23.70 points to reach 7,919.09 points, an increase of 0.30 percent. As many as 655.2 million shares valued at KWD 195.7 million (roughly USD 602.7 million) were traded via 19,817 transactions.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went up by 72.58 points to reach 7,415.82 points, an increase of 0.99 percent, through 517.9 million shares done via 13,821 transactions valued at KWD 148.9 million (roughly USD 458.6 million).

The Premier Market Index also saw a rise, going up by 12.52 points to reach 8,435.57, up by 0.15 percent. This increase was achieved through 137.3 million shares traded via 5,996 transactions valued at KWD 46.8 million (roughly USD 144.14 million).

Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index gained 136.64 points to reach 7,475.72 points, an increase of 1.86 percent. This was achieved through a stock volume of 456.2 million shares done in 9,194 deals at a value of KWD 139.6 million (roughly USD 429.9 million).
