Kuwait city: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Sunday as the All Share Index gained 37.70 points to reach 8,916.70 points, an increase of 0.42 percent. As many as 533.8 million shares valued at KWD 112.2 million (roughly USD 366.7 million) were traded via 32,731 transactions.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went up by 108.06 points to reach 8,495.45 points, up by 1.29 percent. This was achieved through 354 million shares executed via 19,055 transactions valued at KWD 46.5 million (roughly USD 151.9 million).

The Premier Market Index saw a gain of 24.69 points, reaching 9,469.03 points, reflecting an increase of 0.026 percent. This was accomplished through 179.7 million shares traded via 13,676 transactions valued at KWD 65.7 million (roughly USD 214.7 million).

Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index increased by 134.83 points to reach 9,356.47 points, up by 1.46 percent. This rise was backed by a stock volume of 289.3 million shares executed in 13,328 deals at a value of KWD 35.6 million (roughly USD 116.3 million).
